HIGH PERFORMANCE

This program enables players to get the quality training they need while still attending school. Players will train 2 hours per day plus a half hour of fitness as many days per week as they wish. Tennis training includes drills, point play and match-specific situations that focus on the development of competitive strategy and mental resilience.

We allow you the flexibility to create your own training schedule. You many train as few as two days per week or as many as five days per week.

BEGINNER/INTERMEDIATE

This class is geared toward perfecting stroke production and introducing students to more live-ball exercises while maintaining a fun and educational environment. Students will learn proper technique on all strokes and will be introduced to more advanced match-specific tennis games. 

Fall: Tuesdays (4 - 5 pm), Thursdays (4 - 5 pm), and Saturdays (9 - 10 am)


TINY TOTS

Fun-filled class using rackets and playing games. Develops hand-eye coordination, footwork, balance, and proper technique. Ages 3-6 years old. Limited capacity in each class.

Summer: Saturday: 9:00am - 10:00am
Fall & Spring: Tuesday and Thursday: 4:00pm - 5:00pm & Saturday: 9:00am - 10:00am
